Redemptive Conflict Resolution Training March 11 & 25

Conflict Resolution Training

Our conflict resolution training is focused on Matthew 18. This is a four part, two-day training with each training focusing on an aspect of the verses. The training will include times to learn the concepts as well as time to practice your newly learned skills.

This training is based on Biblical concepts of restoration, redemption, and unity within the church. As Christians, we are restored to a right relationship with God and we are called to do the same towards others, especially within the church. (John 13:34-35)

1st Day Conflict ResolutionTraining

 Go Directly

Includes an introduction to conflict styles, and personal conflict style analysis, a lesson on the unmanaged conflict cycle, and some techniques that will help you transform a conflict. (Colossians 3:14-14, Ephesians 4:32)

Take two or three witnesses

In this training, we will impart a technique that will equip you as you help others through their conflict. This technique is specifically for people who are working together on a project and see things differently. (1 Corinthians 1:10)

2nd Day Conflict Resolution Training

Take two or three witnesses

In this session, we move onto the more complicated matter of how to help people when they have hurt each other. (James 5:19-20)

Take it to the church and continue to pursue redemption.

In this final training, we are going to share with you how you can build a culture of redemptive conflict resolution in among the leadership and in the church. (2 Corinthians 2:5-8)

The 1st-day training is $175 and if you also come for the 2nd-day training you will receive $25 off, so it will be $150 for the 2nd day. A light breakfast and lunch are included in the price. Come dressed comfortably.
