- What would be the outcome if we did not do this?
- How will this affect our organization? (Internal and external)
- What is the preferred timeline for this change or implementation?
- What are the hard deadlines, if any?
- Who will be affected by this and how? (Internal and external)
- In what ways are we going to communicate? (Verbal, Email, Handout)
- When are we communicating this?
- How do we follow-up to make sure it was communicated?
- Who will be communicating this?
- Who made this decision? Is the decision final or is there room for flexibility?
- How do we track progress?
