People are promoted to leadership positions often because of jobs well done. Equally important is the ability to lead others to do great work as well, and that isn’t always intuitive. Nightingale Resolutions coaches leaders as they develop the skills necessary to be great leaders and to build high performing teams. We know how important it is make sure leaders meet the goals set before them and having the support of a high performing team allows for those goals to be met with greater success in shorter periods of time.
By coaching leaders in the areas of team dynamics, respect, trust, and conflict management, teams are positioned to perform with greater results every time. We use our High Performing Team Growth Cycle to help leaders identity their strengths and to identify areas of growth both personally and as for the team they lead. We also equip leaders to problem solve in the areas of weakness and the train their team to do the same.
Coaching sessions focus on the specific needs of the leader and include leadership development, practical action steps, and tools to coach those they lead.
