High performing teams have the interests of the organization and its members at the core of all decisions. Valuing each member of a team while accomplishing the goals set forth by the organization helps high performing teams outperform their competition.
Week 1: Respect– Earned respect is a highly motivating and unifying force. High-Performing teams prioritize listening and hold each other in high regard. Earning respect beyond a job title is the critical foundation of a high performing team.

Week 2: Trust – Trust is the secret sauce in all high performing teams. High performing teams earn trust, keep trust, and regain lost trust. By identifying how to earn, keep, and regain trust, teams begin to accomplish more together.
Date and Time: Tuesday, Jan. 19, 4:30-5:30 pm & Thursday, Jan. 21, 4:30-5:30 pm
Week 3: Decisions – Great decisions don’t happen by accident. High-Performing teams make great decisions that lead to great outcomes. Understanding the steps to making great decisions allows high performing teams to reach goals in less time.
Date and Time: Tuesday, Jan. 26, 4:30-5:30 pm & Thursday, Jan. 28, 4:30-5:30 pm
Week 4: Outcomes – Honest and respectful feedback loops are a sure path to better outcomes. High-Performing teams track outcomes and welcome feedback. Building on respect and trust, collaborative teams can evaluate outcomes and increase performance on future tasks.
