Tim & Noelle Nightingale are both experienced practioners in the Conflict Resolution field. Both received Master of Arts degrees in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies from Fresno Pacific University in 2012. They both served as the Director of the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP), Noelle from 2007-2012, and Tim from 2012- present.
Tim Nightingale
Tim Nightingale comes from British Columbia, Canada and moved to Fresno, CA in 2009 to attend Fresno Pacific University for his undergraduate degree in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies. He went on to be a mediator for VORP, then the Mediation Manager, and finally the Director.
Noelle Nightingale
Noelle Nightingale is a Fresno native and briefly left to attend Westmont College and graduated with her degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business and Economics. She moved back to Fresno to attend Fresno Pacific University for her Master’s degree. She started out doing civil court mediations, then became the VORP Case Manager and then the Director.
